关于CLOU Electronics
Shenzhen CLOU Electronics is a Chinese energy-storage integrator and smart-grid company founded in 1996, listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (002121) and part of Midea Group since 2023. It does not make cells and does not name its cell suppliers; datasheets specify LFP 3.2 V cells of 280, 314 or 587 Ah. CLOU designs its own string PCS, MV PCS skids, BMS and EMS, and most utility products are sold in two versions: S (string PCS integrated, AC block) and H (DC high-voltage box). The current utility line is Aqua-C2.5 (20 ft, 5.016 MWh, 314 Ah), Aqua-C3.0 (20 ft, 6.25 MWh, 587 Ah), Aqua-C3.0 Ultra (14.5 ft, 5.154 MWh, 587 Ah, launched 2026) and Aqua-C2.5 Mini (10 ft, 2.09/2.51 MWh, built for Japan); Aqua-C3.0 Pro (600+ Ah, 6.88 MWh) was shown at RE+ 2025 but has no product page. C&I cabinets Aqua-E261, Aqua-X261 (PV-coupled) and Aqua-E233 integrate a 110–125 kW PCS. All are liquid-cooled; utility containers list UL 9540A/UL 9540/NFPA 855 (US) and IEC 62619/62933 (IEC) compliance and IEEE 693 seismic. Not published: system round-trip efficiency for utility products (only in press releases), cycle life and warranty for containers, calendar life; utility PDFs are image-only.
