Lishen Battery
BNEF Tier ITianjin Lishen Battery is a state-controlled Chinese lithium-ion cell and system maker (shareholder China Chengtong Holdings) active in stationary storage since 2010. It produces its own 40Ah, 180Ah, 280Ah and 314Ah storage cells and integrates them into 20ft/40ft containers and C&I cabinets, sold mainly in China with some overseas projects.

关于Lishen Battery
Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (Lishen) is a Chinese lithium-ion manufacturer founded in 1997 and controlled by the central SOE China Chengtong Holdings. Active in energy storage since 2010, it makes its own prismatic storage cells (40Ah high-power, 180Ah, 280Ah and, per a 2024 press release, 314Ah) and packages them into 20ft/40ft containers and C&I cabinets. Product pages on lishen.com.cn give only rated energy or power, a C-rate figure, outer dimensions and sometimes certification names (GB/T 36276, GB/T 34120, UN38.3; cell-level IEC 62619, UL 9540A, UL 1973, UL 1642, CCS). Cooling type, IP rating, operating temperature, weight, round-trip efficiency, cycle life, warranty and fire suppression are not published for any system, and no downloadable datasheets exist. Chemistry is not stated on product pages; company news refers to LFP storage systems. Newer products - the 5 MWh / 5.016 MWh 20ft liquid-cooled AC/DC-integrated container with 314Ah cells, the LS-C10M 40ft 10 MWh container and the LS-C417K C&I cabinet - appear only in company news and a PR Newswire release, without specifications.
