墨西哥内公布Tier III认证的设施。可并行维护设计：任何容量组件都可以在不停止 IT 负载的情况下退出维护。这是生产工作负载事实上的最低要求。
我们在墨西哥追踪的72个设施中有13个公布了Tier III——9家运营商，已公布 IT 容量 12 MW，13个运营中。城市：Mexico City, Guadalajara, Tultitlán, Lerma, Apodaca, Monterrey, Huixquilucan, Ixtlahuaca。
作为参考，墨西哥的批发托管基准为每 kW 每月 $260（CBRE, Global Data Center Trends 2026 (17 June 2026)），商业电价为每 kWh $0.241——认证很少改变机柜费率，但能缩小候选名单。
