英国内公布Tier III认证的设施。可并行维护设计：任何容量组件都可以在不停止 IT 负载的情况下退出维护。这是生产工作负载事实上的最低要求。
我们在英国追踪的196个设施中有11个公布了Tier III——9家运营商，已公布 IT 容量 36 MW，11个运营中。城市：Glasgow (Chapelhall), London, Cardiff, Aberdeen, Birmingham, Harrogate, Dunstable, Debden。
作为参考，英国的批发托管基准为每 kW 每月 $213（CBRE, Global Data Center Trends 2026 (17 June 2026), Fig. 5 — Q1 2026, 250–500 kW），商业电价为每 kWh $0.454——认证很少改变机柜费率，但能缩小候选名单。
