HostDime Cotia (São Paulo)

HostDime's second Brazilian facility sits on the Raposo Tavares highway in Cotia, on the western edge of the São Paulo metro area, and has operated since 2013 as the operator's largest site in the country. The building provides roughly 25,000 sq ft (2,300 m²) of raised-floor space within a footprint HostDime describes as exceeding 30,000 sq ft overall, running on 5.9 MW of facility power. Cooling is temperature- and humidity-controlled with N+1 HVAC redundancy, a standard configuration for multi-tenant colocation in the region. As with its João Pessoa site, HostDime states the Cotia facility carries a Tier III Design certification from the Uptime Institute plus SOC 2 Type II and PCI compliance attestations. The location — outside São Paulo's core Barueri/Tamboré and Osasco clusters that dominate Brazil's colocation supply — gives HostDime's tenants a west-side alternative for latency-sensitive workloads serving the metro without competing directly for space in the crowded Alphaville corridor.
