Ratings from people who actually run racks in these facilities: uptime, support, connectivity, value and onboarding, 1–5 each. Every review is tied to a work email we verify and never publish. Reviews sit next to the data-driven Coloprice Score on every facility page but never feed into it.

A review is written on the facility page by a customer with a work email. It reaches a moderator, who checks that the facility exists in the catalog, the role and company are plausible, and the text contains no advertising, competitor pricing or personal attacks. Approved reviews are committed to the public dataset — every publication is a visible commit, nothing can be edited retroactively without a trace.
Reviews never influence the Coloprice Score: the score is built from published facts (capacity, certifications, disclosure), reviews from customer experience. Mixing the two would let one be gamed through the other.
