The problem
The GPU world already has spot markets and futures. Physical colocation has neither: spare racks, over-committed kW and expiring contracts die silently on private calls. We're building the venue where that capacity clears — starting with Southeast Asia, where new halls are actively seeking fill.
How it works
- Sellers list verified spare capacity: racks, cages, committed kW, contract transfers, reserved GPU blocks
- Buyers get matched with listings + live Index pricing as the benchmark
- We verify both sides, handle intros, and take a success fee only when capacity moves
