By the number of facilities Coloprice tracks for each operator, then by the IT capacity those facilities publish. Both are catalog counts from primary sources, not market-share estimates.
Why does a large company rank low?
Because ranking follows tracked sites and published MW. An operator that does not disclose capacity, or whose sites are not yet in the catalog, ranks below smaller operators that publish their figures. The catalog grows daily.
