How to verify a Tier 4 data center in Hong Kong
“Tier 4” is often used loosely in search and sales material. A buyer should request the certificate, issuing body, exact facility address, scope and current validity rather than assuming that a provider-wide statement applies to the proposed hall.
After certification evidence, compare live power, density, cooling, carrier and cloud access, delivery, support and total contract cost. A highly connected Hong Kong facility can be commercially appropriate without verified Tier IV, but the two facts must not be conflated.

Is every highly resilient Hong Kong facility Tier IV?
No. Tier IV requires facility-specific evidence; redundancy language or another certification is not equivalent.
How should Tier 4 evidence be checked?
Request the certificate, issuing body, exact address, scope, validity and whether it covers design, constructed facility or operations.
