UNN Tungku Prefab Data Center (BRUDC4)

UNN Tungku Prefab Data Center, registered with the Uptime Institute as BRUDC4, is one of two Uptime-certified buildings run by Unified National Networks Sdn Bhd (UNN), which describes itself on its own website as the largest commercial data center operator in Brunei Darussalam. The Uptime Institute's public registry lists BRUDC4 with both a Tier III Certification of Design Documents and a Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility. UNN's second certified site, the Telisai Earth Station (BRUDC5), holds the same dual Tier III certification and is catalogued separately. UNN's own colocation page additionally names two more buildings, BRUDC2 (Sumbiling Telhouse) and BRUDC3 (Tungku DC), which the operator describes only as complying with "Tier 3 requirements" — a self-declared design standard rather than an Uptime-awarded certification, so they are not included here as certified facilities. Neither UNN's site nor the Uptime registry publishes IT power capacity, floor area or an exact street address for BRUDC4, leaving those fields unpublished rather than estimated.
