Chaktomuk Data Center (PNH1)

Chaktomuk Data Center, operated by Chaktomuk Data Center Co., Ltd, occupies a purpose-built site at the corner of Street 598 and Street 777 in Phnom Penh's Russey Keo district. The operator markets it as Cambodia's first Tier III facility, and the Uptime Institute's public registry confirms a Tier III Certification of Design Documents for the building, listed as "Chaktomuk Data Center – PNH1"; no Constructed Facility or Operational Sustainability award appears alongside it. The operator's own specification describes roughly 11,500 m² of total floor area with about 3,480 m² allocated to rack space, backed by dual utility power feeds, seven UPS systems and eight Cummins diesel generators, plus a CRAC-based cooling system with dedicated humidity and air-filtration control. Space is sold as ready-to-deploy cabinets, private cages of five or six racks, and larger private rooms, with 24/7 remote-hands support. No IT power figure in megawatts has been published by the operator or the Uptime registry.
