The facility covers 1,920 sqm in total, with roughly 800 sqm of dedicated IT floor space across 240 racks, and offers 900 kVA of IT capacity — a figure the operator states in apparent power rather than a converted MW rating. As Cotel's first Tier IV site outside the capital, Wave DC positions the operator to serve southwestern Colombia's Valle del Cauca region without routing traffic through Bogotá.
