Ilkari operates a purpose-built colocation data center in the Zona Franca Tocancipá free-trade zone, about 40 km from Bogotá and 50 km from El Dorado International Airport — the same technology park that hosts several other data-center buildings from separate operators, including Cotel's NAOS facility and HostDime's Colombia site. Ilkari's building sits on its own lot (Vereda Tibito, near the zone's SEC substation) and is a distinct facility from its neighbors, not a shared address. The operator reports about 800 m² of net technical (white) space and 3.6 MW of capacity, marketed as third-party colocation for enterprise and carrier customers. The facility holds EPI/TIA-942 certification at both Design and Constructed Facility levels, Rated 3, along with a DCOS:2021 Maturity Level 4 operational-maturity certification and an SS 564-1:2020 certificate; the operator's own materials also cite ICREA Level IV and ISO 22301 business-continuity certification, though those are not independently re-verified against a public registry here. As a newer entrant to the crowded Tocancipá cluster, Ilkari positions the site around proximity to Bogotá's airport and highway network rather than scale, with a footprint smaller than the free-trade zone's largest campuses.
