In the Technoparc Saône Vallée business park at Civrieux, north of Lyon, Nexeren operates the data center it built in 2013 as the founding site of what was then called SHD (Solutions d'Hébergement Durable) before the group rebranded as Nexeren under XEFI. Uptime Institute's public registry still lists the facility under its original internal name, "DC1," while Nexeren's own current site refers to the same building — same address, same Tier III certification — as "CV1." The site holds 450 square meters across 114 racks, rated at 470 kW of IT power, and runs an EcoFlair indirect free-cooling and adiabatic system on a chilled-water circuit, backed by three diesel generator sets capable of running more than 20 hours at full load. Uptime Institute certified the facility to Tier III for both design documents and the constructed facility, and Nexeren layers on ISO 27001 and HDS certification across its network.
