Plans call for up to eight data centers totalling around 32,000 sqm, capable of housing nearly 200,000 GPUs and delivering what the operator quotes as 4 million petaFLOPS of compute. The first AI data center is targeted to be operational in 2027. For hyperscalers and AI platforms seeking large contiguous capacity in the Paris region with a proven operator, PAR03 is one of the few announced sites at this scale; enterprises needing space today should look to the neighbouring Marcoussis campus instead.
