Advanced MedioMatrix Peltre

Advanced MedioMatrix operates a colocation and IT hosting data center in Peltre, in the Mercy development zone east of Metz, built inside a 2,700 sq m building that also houses office and start-up space for the wider Babylone real-estate project. Construction began in October 2018 under general contractor APL, and the facility became the first data center in the Moselle department to receive Uptime Institute Tier III certification, covering both design documents and the constructed facility. The operator advertises a power usage effectiveness below 1.3 and offers colocation from fractional (1/3, 1/2) to full-rack units, targeting regional enterprises and public bodies that want to keep data hosted in eastern France rather than in Paris. Advanced MedioMatrix was founded in 2014 by Fabrice Couprie and is part of the Abalone Group, a staffing and recruitment company that diversified into data center real estate. The company has pursued ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 50001 certification alongside the Tier III award. Public sources do not disclose IT power capacity, rack count or client names for the facility.
