On the northern edge of Lyon, in Rillieux-la-Pape, XEFI Group's colocation arm Nexeren operates YTA, a data center built as part of the group's new "Yottacity" campus development. The facility packs 80 racks into 213 square meters, rated at 200 kW of usable IT power, and relies on twin 330 kW chilled-water cooling units with cold-aisle containment plus two backup generator sets fed through dual, independent power paths per pod. Nexeren pursued the Uptime Institute's most demanding fault-tolerance standard for the site, and its own materials list the constructed-facility Tier IV certification as targeted for 2026, following an already-completed Tier IV design certification. YTA sits alongside Nexeren's other certified French sites — in the Lyon region, Clermont-Ferrand, Vienne and Montpellier — under company-wide ISO 27001 and HDS (health-data hosting) certification, and is a physically separate building from Nexeren's existing Reventin-Vaugris site.
