CyrusOne PAR1

CyrusOne's PAR1 at 1 Boulevard Arago in Wissous, near Orly south of Paris, is the operator's first data center in France. The campus is being built in three phases toward six data halls and 27 MW of total IT capacity; Phase 1, covering 4.5 MW of the eventual capacity, is operational, while Phase 2 (6.9 MW) is not yet live and Phase 3 still awaits environmental and planning authorization. At full build the technical footprint reaches 10,396 sqm within a 52,240 sqm total facility. Cooling uses a closed-loop system tuned for optimized operating temperatures, and power arrives through an active/active dual-redundant supply. Data halls sit on 900 mm heavy-duty raised floors with 3,000 mm of clear height. CyrusOne has run the site on 100% renewable electricity since 2021 and operates a Zero Waste to Landfill program, with 5,250 sqm of planned green space and roughly 127 trees as part of the build-out. Exterior cladding uses FSC- and PEFC-certified wood. The site is staffed 24/7/365 with layered security.
