Nasdaq-listed SOS Limited, through its wholly owned Singapore subsidiary Future Digital Trading, signed a non-binding Framework Cooperation Memorandum on September 15, 2026 with an unnamed Indonesian partner to explore a wholesale colocation campus of up to approximately 500 MW in the Galang Batang Special Economic Zone on Bintan Island, Riau Islands Province — inside the Singapore-Johor-Riau growth corridor and within sub-2-millisecond latency of Singapore. If the project advances past a six-month due-diligence period, Phase I would target roughly 50 MW of capacity, with the local partner committing to secure at least 60 MW of effective power under a ten-year coal-index-linked pricing formula. SOS says indicative tenant interest already covers about 180 MW from hyperscale and AI customers seeking Singapore-adjacent capacity outside the city-state's land and power constraints. Aside from confidentiality, representations, deposit and governing-law clauses, the memorandum itself creates no binding obligation to build, and the companies still need to negotiate definitive agreements, financing and Indonesian regulatory approvals. SOS reported about $465 million in total assets and $423 million in shareholder equity as of December 31, 2025, funding the due-diligence phase.
