DC1.3 is the largest of the three data center buildings LuxConnect operates on its Bettembourg ICT Campus, alongside the smaller DC1.1 and DC1.2, and a fourth building (DC2) at a separate Bissen campus. LuxConnect is a state-backed, carrier-neutral operator set up by the Luxembourg government to anchor the country's digital infrastructure strategy, and DC1.3 is its most resilient site: the Uptime Institute's public award registry shows the building holding Tier II, Tier III and Tier IV certifications simultaneously — each for a separate, independently certified server room rather than one blanket rating for the whole structure — covering both Design Documents and Constructed Facility stages at every level. That combination makes it one of very few data centers anywhere certified across three different Tier levels in a single building. LuxConnect's own materials describe the wider campus in terms of apparent power (MVA) rather than a single IT-load MW figure, and the company does not publish DC1.3's rack count. The building anchors Luxembourg's push to position itself as a resilient, EU-jurisdiction data hub between the larger Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Paris markets.
