Combined, the two sites offer roughly 1,200 sqm of white space. Both share the same infrastructure specification: chilled-water cooling with redundant A and B systems and 2N+2 pump configuration, up to 7.2 kW of customer power per rack, and facility-wide ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS certification. BMIT does not publish a Tier rating, individual power capacity, or year-opened date for either building, and neither site carries an independent Uptime Institute award. The company additionally operates points of presence in Milan and Frankfurt, though only the two Malta buildings are counted as data centers in its own materials.
