Jazz Digital Park

Jazz Digital Park is a purpose-built colocation facility in Islamabad's I/9-3 sector, opened in January 2022 by Jazz, Pakistan's largest mobile network operator and part of VEON Group. The company describes it as the country's largest data center by white space and power capacity, built with an $8 million investment as part of Jazz's strategy to keep locally generated data hosted within Pakistan. Unlike a typical carrier core-network site, Jazz Digital Park is explicitly marketed as a commercial colocation and hosting facility: it lets other organizations, including service providers, co-locate mission-critical infrastructure alongside Jazz's own systems, with 24/7 operations support and pay-as-you-grow scaling. The facility holds an EPI-audited ANSI/TIA-942-B Facility Rated 3 certification, placing it among the small number of independently certified colocation sites in Pakistan. Jazz has not published detailed power or floor-space figures for the building, and no independent Uptime Institute award is on record. The site also anchors Jazz's own cloud platform, giving it a dual role as both an internal hosting base and an open commercial facility for local and regional enterprises.
