Equinix WA3, at Aleje Jerozolimskie 213 in the Salomea district on Warsaw's western edge, is the largest of the operator's three classic IBX facilities in the city by floor space, at roughly 15,069 sq ft (1,400 sqm) across a three-storey reinforced-concrete building — ahead of the smaller WA1 and WA2 sites; a fourth Warsaw facility, the xScale hyperscale site WA4x, does not disclose floor space separately. WA3 runs N+1 redundancy on UPS and cooling but only N (non-redundant) generator capacity, backed by 30 or more hours of autonomy at full load, and Equinix does not publish a site power figure in MW. Minimum cabinet density is 5kVA. The building is rated to seismic design category A and uses mist fire suppression with aspirated and non-aspirated detection. It is the only Warsaw facility in the catalog to carry Poland's TSI/EN50600 telecom-infrastructure certification, alongside the operator's standard Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact, Cyber Essentials, ISO 9001/14001/22301/27001/45001/50001, PCI DSS and SOC 1/2 Type II set — though unlike the other three Warsaw sites, WA3's page does not list the EU Code of Conduct. Equinix's 2025 sustainability disclosure cites wind and solar Guarantees of Origin sourced within Poland.
