LG CNS's Jukjeon data center is a 99,070 square meter, eight-story facility (four floors above ground, four below) built in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, near the Pangyo tech corridor southeast of Seoul, and constructed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction. LG CNS designed the building for 100 MW of power capacity with a largely column-free floor plan that lets roughly 1,000 racks sit on a single level, and marketed it at completion in 2024 as its largest data center to date. The facility runs a carrier-neutral network model that lets tenants choose their own telecom providers, and its cooling plant automatically adjusts refrigeration modes to outside temperature and humidity to cut wasted power. LG CNS positions Jukjeon alongside its older flagship in Busan as an anchor site for its cloud, AI and IT-outsourcing customers, though the company has not disclosed occupancy, tenant names or investment cost for the newer campus.
