CyrusOne's LON6 is under development on Seven Hills Road in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, just outside Slough, and at a planned 90 MW of IT capacity it is the largest facility in the operator's UK portfolio — larger than any of its five existing Slough/West Drayton sites combined. The campus is designed around ten 9 MW data halls (six at ground level, four on lower ground), totalling 30,000 sqm of technical space, fed by 160 MVA of total power capacity through dual 132 kV feeds. Cooling uses an N+1 free-cooling, air-cooled chiller system on a dual-fed ring chilled-water network, with a design target below 1.3 PUE. CyrusOne states the design targets BREEAM "Excellent" and a block-redundant, N+1 UPS topology with eight minutes of battery backup, aiming for 99.999% availability with concurrent maintainability. The site draws on four diverse fiber routes with carrier-neutral access. Sustainability commitments include 100% renewable electricity, a 71% biodiversity net gain target, more than 670 trees planned, rainwater collection and a heat-export capability. Trade press coverage of CyrusOne's own announcement points to a Q3 2026 groundbreaking, initial power around mid-2027 and first capacity delivery in early 2028.
