São Paulo is one of two Brazilian campuses in Ada Infrastructure's Latin America portfolio, alongside a smaller site in Rio de Janeiro. The campus is planned across three multi-story buildings for up to 300 MW of IT load, offered to tenants as either build-to-suit or turnkey high-density capacity. Ada positions the site around a 5x9s resiliency level with a dual-fed on-site substation and 100% clean energy enabled, and markets carrier-neutral connectivity through up to four diverse entrance vaults. The operator targets customer readiness in 2026, ahead of most of its announced Asia-Pacific and European campuses. As with the rest of Ada's portfolio, the São Paulo site is aimed at hyperscale and enterprise tenants needing large committed blocks of power in a capacity-constrained metro market; Ada Infrastructure is backed by Ares Management and is developing similarly large campuses in Tokyo, Osaka, London and Northern Virginia.
