The five-storey purpose-built facility spans about 62,162 sq ft (5,775 sqm) of colocation space and carries a dedicated direct-to-chip liquid-cooling offering alongside a separate High-Density Cooling product; cooling redundancy is stated at N+1. Equinix states the site is covered by 100% renewable energy and highlights heat-recovery and water-recovery systems plus biodiversity features such as a rain garden among its sustainability measures. Minimum cabinet density is 6kVA, higher than the other standard Paris IBXs in the same batch, consistent with a high-density focus, though UPS redundancy is N+1 while generator redundancy is stated as N (single path). The facility connects into Equinix Fabric and the operator's Paris interconnection ecosystem, with Equinix's own copy citing access to more than 120 networks. Certifications include the full Paris portfolio stack — ISO 9001, 14001, 22301, 27001, 45001 and 50001, HDS, PCI DSS, and SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II — plus LEED, not held by most other Paris sites in this batch.
