Yondr Group's Frankfurt data center is located in Bischofsheim, a district just south of the city that sits within one of Europe's largest data center hubs. Announced in December 2021, the 40 MW facility reached its first ready-for-service milestone (the first 20 MW) in November 2024 and became fully operational across all four planned construction phases in July 2025, having sourced 100% renewable electricity in its first year. It is targeting LEED Gold certification and complies with Germany's Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG), and the building includes a rooftop solar PV installation, a green wall and EV charging points. Yondr has also studied the feasibility of reusing the facility's waste heat locally. Yondr has not disclosed a street address, only the Bischofsheim location.
