The facility is still in the planning stage, with a targeted ready-for-service date of Q1 2029, and maincubes has published a design PUE target of 1.2 or better. The operator lists an extensive certification roadmap for FRA04 covering EMAS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 SOC 1, SOC 2, and TÜV Saarland certification to EN 50600 VK3, though these apply to the design target rather than a completed audit given the facility has not yet been built.
