The site achieved Zero Waste to Landfill certification in 2024, and the operator reports a 23% reduction in cooling-system energy consumption compared to its baseline design through hot-aisle containment and modular cooling, yielding an average annualized PUE of 1.43. About 40% of the building uses a steel structure with a reduced-concrete construction approach. Pure DC, a UK-headquartered developer that entered Indonesia alongside a wider push into Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and Europe, links the Jakarta campus to a community agroforestry program in West Sumatra as part of its sustainability reporting. The facility does not disclose a Tier or TIA-942 certification, an address beyond the logistics-park name, or a customer-facing rack count, but its power, floor-area, renewable-sourcing, and efficiency figures are unusually well documented for a Southeast Asian colocation site of this size.
