SpaceDC JAK1

SpaceDC's Jakarta campus sits in the Greater Bekasi area east of the Indonesian capital, in the same industrial corridor — Cikarang/Bekasi — that hosts most of Jakarta's wholesale data center capacity. The site is designed for 48 MW of IT load across roughly 40,000 sqm, spread over eight four-story buildings holding 32 data halls of 1,500 kW each. SpaceDC, a Singapore-based operator built around Southeast Asian hyperscale and enterprise demand, targets a PUE of 1.3 for the campus. As with its Manila facility, SpaceDC does not publish a formal third-party certification (Uptime or ISO) for JAK1, nor a street address or year-opened date — the operator's own site describes the location only in general terms. JAK1 is SpaceDC's flagship in Indonesia, positioned alongside dozens of other operators (NTT, STT GDC, Princeton Digital Group, Pure Data Centres and others) that have concentrated wholesale capacity in the same Bekasi/Cikarang belt to serve Jakarta's power- and land-constrained core.
