BDx Indonesia is a joint venture between Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, its enterprise-IT subsidiary Lintasarta, and Singapore-headquartered BDx Data Centers, formed to combine Indosat's legacy colocation sites with BDx's operating platform. CGK1 sits on a 13,600 sqm plot with 9,150 sqm of gross floor area and 8 MW of IT capacity, positioned by the operator for AI inference workloads alongside financial-services, OTT, enterprise and government tenants. The site carries ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI DSS certification, an Uptime Institute Tier III design-and-facility rating, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and has undergone TVRA (Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment) review. Its central-Jakarta location gives tenants direct connectivity to the country's major internet exchanges and carrier networks, distinguishing it from BDx's larger suburban and industrial-corridor campuses (CGK2 through CGK5) built for hyperscale and AI-training capacity rather than low-latency downtown access.
