</a>NeutraDC Sentul is one of three legacy Enterprise Data Centers run by NeutraDC, the data center brand of PT Telkom Data Ekosistem, a Telkom Indonesia subsidiary. The site is in Sentul, in Bogor district south of Jakarta. According to NeutraDC's own company timeline, Telkom Group acquired the Sentul data centre in 2012. In 2022, when the NeutraDC brand was launched, the Serpong, Surabaya and Sentul facilities were consolidated under PT Telkom Data Ekosistem. The operator says its three Enterprise Data Centers, Sentul, Serpong and Surabaya, carry Tier 3 and Tier 4 classifications, but it does not say which classification applies to Sentul or whether either is a formal certification. Its Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV claim is made for the separate hyperscale facility in Cikarang. NeutraDC does not publish power capacity, floor area or rack counts for Sentul on its About Us page.
