T964 Data Center

T964, a Baghdad-headquartered technology and infrastructure investment group with a secondary office in Dubai, is building what it markets as Iraq's first, largest and most advanced commercial Tier III data center. The company selected Schneider Electric to deliver the facility's critical power and cooling infrastructure, and as of mid-2026 trade press reported construction on schedule for a launch by the end of the year. Published figures describe a first phase of 340 racks across flexible pods and cages, with the site designed to scale toward 12 MW of IT load as demand grows; T964's own materials describe the facility as "designed to meet the stringent requirements of the Uptime Institute" and separately state Uptime Institute has been named a project partner, though no Tier certificate for the building appears yet in Uptime's public awards registry. The facility is aimed at enterprises, financial institutions, telecom operators and cloud/technology companies that currently lack a carrier-neutral commercial colocation option inside Iraq. T964 does not publish a specific street address, and no independent Tier certification has been confirmed as of this entry.
