Mobile operator Asiacell holds Uptime Institute's first batch of Iraqi Tier III awards across four sites — Baghdad's Airport Modular DC and Digital Campus DC1 (Design), Erbil Data Center 2 (Design and Constructed Facility), and Farmanday MDC2 in Sulaymaniyah (Design) — as it builds a B2B hosting business. ISP Earthlink Telecommunications' Baghdad DC1 carries a Design and Constructed Facility pair. Kurdistan-based Newroz Telecom's JISIR facility in Erbil holds Iraq's only Tier IV Design award.
