Aruba IT3 is the group's Global Cloud campus in Ponte San Pietro, near Bergamo, about 40 km from Milan. The site covers roughly 200,000 square meters and is designed for up to 45 MW of achievable IT power (60 MW of total power), split across ten independent data rooms of about 1,000 square meters each, with dedicated fire containment between rooms. Cooling relies primarily on a groundwater system for the primary circuit, backed by 2N-redundant heat exchangers and emergency air- and water-based chillers, while a small hydroelectric plant on the adjacent River Brembo supplies part of the site's renewable power, topped up with Guarantee of Origin certificates. Aruba has certified three of the campus's data center buildings — Data Center A, B and C — each independently to ANSI/TIA-942-C Rated 4, the top tier under the TIA-942 scheme, through EPI, the accredited certification body. IT3 is interconnected with Aruba's other Italian campuses in Arezzo (IT1/IT2) and Rome (IT4), and the operator markets the site for colocation and cloud infrastructure to enterprise customers.
