Polo Strategico Nazionale (PSN) — the company created to house the "national champion" data center business carved out of Telecom Italia (TIM) — operates a four-building campus in Rozzano, on Milan's southern outskirts. The site spans roughly 89,000 sqm, with around 10,000 sqm of system-room space across its four data centers. Power for the campus includes an on-site cogeneration plant capable of producing 2 MWh of electrical energy alongside 1.75 MW of thermal power or 1.22 MW of refrigeration, though PSN does not publish an aggregate IT power figure for the campus. PSN's own materials list the site as certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 50001, and to both ANSI/TIA-942-B Rating 3 and Rating 4 as well as Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV — without specifying which of the four buildings holds which rating. TIM's Google Cloud-partnered "Noovle" region reuses this campus alongside PSN's other Milan-area site in Santo Stefano Ticino.
