DC7 is Tet's newest data center, built on a 10,000 sqm site in Salaspils just outside Riga, with its first phase — 839 sqm of technical space — completed in 2026 and formally opened on 9 September 2026. The state-backed operator (51% Latvian government, 49% Telia) designed the building around a liquid-cooling system rather than retrofitting one, targeting a PUE of 1.2, and has arranged for the facility's waste heat to be piped into the Salaspils municipal district-heating network through local utility Salaspils Siltums. Independent Uptime Institute records confirm both a Tier III Certification of Design Documents and a Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility for DC7, which — alongside Tet's existing Dattum site in Riga — makes Tet the only operator in Latvia with two separately Uptime Tier III facility-certified data centers. Power capacity for DC7 has not been published.
