Data Inn opened in Vilnius in 2014 as Lithuania's first data center to receive an Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility, built at the time by Duomenų logistikos centras (DLC), then part of the Ignitis energy group. The facility has since changed hands twice: DLC became part of the Latvian-Lithuanian operator Delska in 2024, and Delska absorbed the Vilnius operator RackRay the following year, folding both companies' local sites into a single Vilnius campus. Data Inn is now marketed as Delska's LT DC1, running 2 MW of IT capacity across 220 racks. The original 2014 launch specified 500 sqm of white space with room to grow toward 3,200 sqm, though the operator's current site no longer restates that figure. Delska lists ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification alongside PCI DSS compliance for the site, on top of the Uptime Tier III award.
