GBS Datacenter Kénitra

GBS Datacenter Kénitra sits inside the Kénitra Atlantic Free Zone north of Rabat, built by GAM Business Solutions (GBS), a private Moroccan operator focused on data center and cloud services. The facility holds roughly 1,500 sqm of IT floor space behind an announced 2.2 MW of power capacity, backed by an investment the operator puts at around 110 million Moroccan dirhams. Design work involved Techniprojet and Royal Haskoning using BIM modeling. GBS states a target PUE of 1.5 or better. Uptime Institute has certified the site across all three constructed-facility tiers — Design Documents, Constructed Facility, and Gold-level Operational Sustainability — a combination few Moroccan sites hold. GBS markets the campus as colocation and cloud infrastructure for enterprise customers rather than a captive facility, and describes it as the second-largest data center in the country. The free-zone location gives tenants proximity to Kénitra's port and industrial corridor while keeping a direct line to Rabat and Casablanca.
