Penta Infra AMS01 is a colocation data center under development at A. Hofmanweg 1 in Haarlem, a short drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and within the Amsterdam metropolitan (FLAP) market without adding load to the constrained Amsterdam city grid. The site is designed for 8 MW of critical IT capacity across roughly 4,000 sqm of IT space, built to Tier 3+ compliant standards with AI/HPC-ready configuration. On-site photovoltaic panels provide solar generation, and the facility is designed for heat-reuse readiness, redistributing generated heat back to the local grid. Penta Infra, a Netherlands-based developer and operator of core and edge colocation sites across Europe, is backed by investment fund Photon Capital and Dutch pension investor PGGM. AMS01 was originally slated to open in the first half of 2026; as of publication no operational date has been confirmed. Certifications include ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS.
