AMS15 is Digital Realty's data center at Jan Wijsmullerdreef 10 in Hoofddorp, a town near Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport that hosts the operator's newest Amsterdam-area campus outside the established Amsterdam Zuidoost and Science Park clusters. The single-story building totals about 142,000 square feet (13,200 sqm), of which the operator says more than 75,000 square feet is equipped data hall space, making it one of the larger individual buildings in Digital Realty's Amsterdam portfolio. AMS15 is described as roughly 25 minutes from central Amsterdam with connectivity into the city's major carrier networks, and it runs N+1 power and cooling redundancy on 100 percent renewable energy. The facility carries a broad compliance stack — ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 50001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2/3, BREEAM and CarbonNeutral certification — plus 24/7 onsite security with biometric access and 90-day CCTV backup. No IT power capacity or year-built date is disclosed. A smaller companion building, AMS16, sits nearby on the same Jan Wijsmullerdreef street.
