OSL-Enebakk is Green Mountain's campus roughly 20 km outside Oslo, built out in three phases as demand grew: an initial building opened in October 2020, a second 13.5 MW building followed in December 2022, and a third 10 MW building was added in 2024. Across all three, the operator states a site capacity of 75 MW with a stated line-of-sight capacity of 93 MW as the campus continues to expand, spread over roughly 75,000 sqm. The first building is single-tenant while the other two are multi-tenant colocation halls, giving Green Mountain a mix of hyperscale and enterprise customers on one site. Power is drawn from two independent hydropower-fed grid connections, a redundancy approach distinct from the diesel-generator backup common elsewhere in the Nordics, and cooling runs on an N+1 chiller design with an average PUE the operator states at 1.20. Unlike Green Mountain's Rennesoy and Rjukan campuses, which carry Uptime Institute Tier III certifications, no third-party certification is published for the Enebakk site specifically.
