EXEA Data Center, at ul. Włocławska 167 in Toruń, is operated by TARR Centrum Innowacyjności, the innovation arm of the Toruń regional development agency, and holds both Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents and Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility — a pairing the operator states is unique in Poland. The building is constructed as a building-within-a-building to protect against fire and flooding, with 4,700 m² of technology space across four independent server chambers holding 320 standard 47U racks, N+1 redundancy and three generator sets totaling 6 MW. Guaranteed power is quoted at 6 MW with a 22.5 kW-per-rack option, fed through two independent 8 MW lines, four 7,200 kVA transformers and a 1.5 MVA N+1 UPS system with a 20-minute battery hold time at full load. The facility is certified to ISO 22301:2012 (business continuity), ISO/IEC 27001:2013 with the ISO/IEC 27017:2015 cloud-security extension, and connects to the PLIX internet exchange in Warsaw via carriers including Netia, Orange, T-Mobile and Exatel. EXEA markets the site for business, e-commerce, banking, healthcare and public-sector customers, including Poland's Ministry of Digital Affairs recommending it for government cloud workloads.
