NxN Évora

NxN Data Centers, a Spanish platform backed by the infrastructure fund InfraRed, entered Portugal at the end of September 2026 by acquiring an operating data center in Évora, in the Alentejo region. The site was previously owned by Decsis, a Portuguese technology company that went into liquidation. According to the announcement, the facility has 1 MW of installed and marketed capacity, is already operating and is being sold to domestic enterprise and public-administration customers. Évora lies on the Lisbon–Madrid connectivity corridor, which NxN presents as the logic behind the purchase: a working asset and customer base from which to expand. The operator said it intends to invest up to €100 million in Portugal over three years, but that figure is tied to opportunities still under evaluation, not to this building. Cooling design, tier level, certifications and rack counts for Évora have not been published, so they are left empty here until NxN or the site's documentation provides them.
