Mobily Al-Faiha Data Center

Mobily's data center in Jeddah's Al-Faiha district occupies a seven-floor building of about 5,300 square meters, opened in 2013 as one of the operator's earliest large-scale colocation sites on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast. The facility holds an Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility, and sits alongside Mobily's newer Obhur Technical Building as the operator's second Jeddah location, giving the company redundant colocation capacity in the kingdom's second-largest city. Neither Mobily nor Uptime Institute publish IT power capacity or rack count for the site, and no street address is disclosed beyond the district name. Jeddah functions as Saudi Arabia's main commercial port city and a gateway for the Mecca and Medina region, driving steady enterprise and telecom demand for local colocation independent of Riyadh's government and financial-sector concentration. The building predates the kingdom's recent hyperscale build-out push under Vision 2030, making it one of the older Tier III-certified facilities in the country still in commercial service. Mobily markets the site alongside its broader national data-center portfolio, which spans Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, without publishing a combined national IT-load figure across the network.
