OADC markets the space as carrier-neutral colocation sold by the quarter, half or full rack, or as custom-built suites, with N+1 cooling redundancy. Network and cloud provider CipherWave is the site's anchor tenant, and the facility connects into OADC's wider South African and pan-African fiber footprint alongside the operator's other Gauteng and Western Cape sites.
