Dialog offers the site as a commercial colocation facility to enterprise and government customers alongside its own telecom and cloud services. Neither Dialog's site nor the Uptime registry discloses an IT power figure, floor area, or rack count for the building, so those fields are left unpublished here rather than estimated. Dialog's Malabe campus remains, as of this listing, the only fully Tier III–certified (Design and Constructed) commercial data center identified in Sri Lanka.
