No construction start date has been published, and atNorth's own site still describes it in future tense as a facility that 'will support' direct liquid cooling. The design targets extreme densities by data center standards — up to 1 MW per rack, with the ability to host clusters drawing 10 MW of liquid-cooled load — aimed at large AI training deployments rather than retail colocation. atNorth cites the region's cold climate and hydropower-heavy grid as the basis for a claim of 100% renewable energy, one of the few places the operator states that figure outright rather than describing power only as 'carbon-free.' As with the rest of atNorth's portfolio, any 'Tier 3' language on the site is a self-description, not an Uptime Institute certification.
