</a>Empyrion TH1 is the first Thailand data center of Singapore-based Empyrion Digital, which broke ground in May 2026 in the Bang Na district of Bangkok. The facility is planned at 20 MW of IT load on a site of more than 17,000 square metres and is designed for AI workloads and next-generation cloud, with advanced energy-efficient cooling that includes liquid cooling. Empyrion says it is targeting a green-by-design approach but has not published PUE or WUE figures, a renewable share or certifications, so those remain empty. Go-live is targeted for the third quarter of 2027. At groundbreaking the company also signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with TCC Technology to strengthen connectivity at the site. TH1 is the operator's fifth development in Asia, alongside projects in Taipei and Johor and operating sites in Singapore and Seoul. Bang Na has become one of Bangkok's main connectivity corridors, so TH1 adds hyperscale-oriented capacity close to existing carrier hotels and the eastern industrial belt.
